5. Collect all rents and security deposits
6. Coordinate all maintenance services
7. Provide owner with monthly statement of receipts
8. Arrange payments of mortgage, city services and any other associated cost with the property
9. Inspect property upon vacating

 Fee: 10% of all monthly monies or $50.00 minimum
